 Job Description

Responsible for disseminating the assigned brand core values and promise to all stakeholders, closely monitoring market trends and studying competition in the marketplace.

·         Assisting the strategic planning process for the assigned brands based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.

·         Conducting regular market & trade visits to have full competition overview, consumer insights and monitor brand performance.

·         Co-developing annual promotional plans for the assigned brands with brand manager and/or team.

·         Working closely with trade marketing team to develop activities in alignment with distribution channels and overall brand strategy.

·         Assisting the brand manager in monitoring the budget of the brand.

·         Support in the execution of the digital strategy of the brand.

·         Implementing the marketing plans by working with internal and external suppliers to deliver in a timely manner and on budget.

·         Overseeing the development of communication and advertising materials such as websites, brochures, packaging, social media and in-store displays.

·         Working closely with brand manager, team members and suppliers to ensure the proper management of events. 

·         Coordinating regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the brands’ performance.

·         Managing the status of projects and the evaluation of external agencies.

·         Writing copy and preparing content for communication materials.  

·         Conducting pre and post promotion evaluations.  

·         Developing new brands with marketing team for new products, generating relevant names, assisting in the branding strategy and communication plans.

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any business-related field.
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in marketing or advertising preferably in FMCG.
  • Good command of English Language.
  • Passion for the job and ability to cope with short term issues while keeping an eye on long term objectives.
  • Leadership capabilities with a high sense of ownership.
  • Creative thinking with good analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work under variable circumstances.
  • Ability to work with people from different cultures creating the right team spirit.
